Jackson's favorite movie right now is the old Disney version of Robin hood. He loves it. Marshall was in DC all week and the second he got home Jackson asked him to make a bow and arrow. Just like Robin Hood. So my husband cut down a tree limb, shaved the bark off, drilled two holes, tied some weed eater string across it, put a screw in it as a guide and BAM.......legit Robin Hood bow. He is amazing.
A-MAY-ZING.
So after a lot of practice, a few melt downs and a lot of scared cats and squirrels my son is the new Robin Hood. He can shoot an arrow (bamboo stick left over from Daddy's tomato plant) half way across the yard. Little John (Grant) got a bow too but he prefers to pretend his is a violin. Love these boys.
