Well, Christmas break is coming to an end. Marsh goes back to work tomorrow and we will get back in our routine. We had a great break. After Christmas we headed to the lake for a few days. When we arrived we found a skunk trapped by the front door. Marshall was able to take care of it, but not before the skunk got revenge. We were smelling skunk for the rest of the day and night. Yuck. Besides that we had a great time. We went hiking at Lake Arrowhead state park.

We had 2 beautiful sunsets on the lake. I love watching the boys play. Luckily we took their rain boots and they were able to splash in the water. They had the BEST time.

Then after baths the living room turns into WWF. There are very few rules at the lake. PaPaw will tell you there are NO rules at the lake. We took the mattress off of a bed and the boys wrestled until bedtime.


When we got home it was time to celebrate. First came cupcakes for Granelly's birthday.





The next day we headed to Cabelas for Braden's birthday party. I call this photo "party pooper." This is Grant's standard face right now. Have I mentioned he is in his terrible 2s? Well, he is.

New Years Eve appetizers. I had 3 dates for new years this year. I am a lucky girl.


Today Kelly and Malosi came over to play before they head back to D.C tomorrow. We will miss them but hopefully we will go to see them soon. As you can see Jackson is sad to see them go. (or is pouting for an unrelated reason).
