Hot Springs

Before we headed home on Sunday we went on a quick tour of Hot Springs. What a cool town with some great history. We took a tour on one of those duck boats that will travel around on land and water. The boys loved the ride and Marshall and I were able to hear some of the towns history on the tour.

After the tour we went to check out one of the old bath houses. Really interesting. Inside each stall was a bathtub. I guess people would just come in and take turns soaking in the tubs. Doesn't sound very appealing to me. Jackson wanted to take a picture in front of his own personal stall. J for Jackson!!!

Here are my boys in the Men's common area. I just picture a bunch of old guys sitting around in their towels waiting to take baths. Weird.

Marshall in one of the freaky showers.

I told Jackson these were the time out chairs. It didn't seem to bother him.

Scary bathtub. Very scary.

After a tour of the bath house we stopped for a snack before we started the long drive home.

The boys slept for the majority of the 5 hour drive home. Grant insisted on having his Hot Springs water bottle in his lap the entire time. Crazy kid. We had a really fun time in Arkansas. What a beautiful state with some of the nicest people.

Love,
Leah
