Memorial Day Weekend 2011

We had a fun filled Memorial Day weekend. Now that they boys are getting a little older it seems we are able to do a lot more. We headed to the lake Friday morning. We of course stopped at a thrift store along the way. For those of you that know Marshall this is a VERY normal thing. He loves out of town thrift store treasure hunts. We bought a small guitar, orange polo shirt for Jack and some books for the lake house. Jackson also talked the store owner in to giving him a power ranger with a missing arm for free. He is his father's son.

Once we arrived at the lake there was a gaggle of geese down by the water. The boys approached slowly.

Stalking them. (see below)

Once the geese ran off it was time to sit on the dock and have a dr. pepper. Jackson's favorite.

Swapping fishing stories with Dad

Love this. I can totally see them 15 years from now looking exactly the same.

Love Grant's hair in this one. Wild man.

He almost always has his legs crossed when he's fishing.

Future Aggie??

Grant's swimsuit is always a little low....

We headed to Granelly and Pappy's on Saturday. Meme and Papaw met us there. Papaw practiced casting with the boys in the pool. They loved it. Papaw is 88 years young.

Sweet sweet brothers.

Crazy Cousins...Malosi (4 months) Jack (3.5) Grant (19 months)

Love,

Leah
