Longest week ever

This picture pretty much sums up our week.
It started Saturday evening with Grant. We were at the neighbors house for dinner and he just wasn't acting like himself. He wanted to be held the whole time and would lay his sweet head on your shoulder. I took him home and put him in a bath. About 2 minutes in he threw up in the bathtub. I got him out, cleaned him up and he fell asleep in my arms. He had an ok night but the next day he was still not himself. I kept both boys home from school on Monday. By this time Jackson had started running a fever. We went to Weatherford so our house could get cleaned and we could still get good naps. After nap time both boys were crying and wanting to be held. Grant threw up again. On Tuesday I thought the boys were feeling better and I planned on sending them to school Wed. Wednesday morning Jackson didn't have a fever but he looked like he felt pretty bad. You can always see it in his eyes. He gets dark circles whenever he isn't feeling good. I dropped Grant off at school and Jack and I went to the Dr. Dr. sent us to Cook's for chest x-rays. For the record, this is our first trip to Cook's in 3 years......I count that as a huge blessing. While we are at Cook's I am feeling pretty bad. It is 80 degrees outside and I am shivering. While we wait for Jack's test results I head to my Dr.'s office next door. Luckily they could see me. I was running a fever and it was decided that I probably had some virus. I got an antibiotic shot and a prescription. Jack's Dr. calls and tells me that Jack has a. walking pneumonia or b. bronchitis or c. a virus. So we head home. By the time we get home I am feeling really bad. I get Jack to bed for a nap and take my temp......103.4. After lots of meds, lots of Disney Jr., lots of rest we are finally starting to feel better. Jack nor I are 100% yet but hopefully we are on our way.
I want to say a huge thank you to our families. My sister Morgan works at my Dr. office and helped get me in ASAP. She also gave me my shot which I think she might have enjoyed. :) Granelly and Pappy also rearranged their schedules and kept Grant on Thursday so I could recover and take care of Jackson. I never take for granted how blessed we are to have family close by that can help us at times like these. Thank you and I love you!!
Love,
Leah
