The first day of school

The boys started back to school today. Grant is in the young 3 year old class and Jackson is in Pre-K. Grant actually has a teacher that taught Jackson when he was 2. We have had a great summer and I'm sad to see it go. Jackson will go to school 3 days a week this year and Grant will go 2. I signed both boys up for music classes at TCU. Grant and I will go to a Mommy and Me music class on Thursday mornings and Jackson goes to his piano readiness class Thursdays after school.



I was very frustrated this morning when Jackson refused to wear a shirt with a collar. I guess we are officially at the age where he has opinions on what he wants to wear. I didn't say anything and was just thankful that he picked a shirt without stains on it. Both boys ran into class and barely said goodbye to me. They are growing up so fast.



After school we headed to Braums for a little treat. It was like 120 degrees here today!






I am so thankful for these two crazy kiddos.
