Lets get this summer started!

The boys have been busy getting our summer fun underway. These two kids eat more popcicles than I thought was ever possible. Grant can take down a popcicle in about 2 minutes. Jackson likes to take his time, luckily they are the slow melt mini pops so he doesn't make too much of a mess. We are spending most mornings at different parks around town. Jackson can name almost every park by the slide. There is the robot park (has a robot shaped slide) and the blue slide park, etc. He is really into climbing these days. Grant swings for a little bit but mostly enjoys watching Jackson play.

We are looking forward to MANY trips to the zoo this summer. This was the first time we have been that Grant actually looked around and noticed the animals. So fun to watch him. Jackson is Grant's official tour guide. Jackson is really interested in learning each animals name this year. "That is not just a monkey Mom, what is his real name"......

The boys still love to get in each others bed after they wake up. Jackson's "thing" recently has been to sleep with a book in his bed. When he wakes up he likes to read to Grant.
Grant is still so happy. We are slowly trying to remove the paci from our daily routine.
The kid is a pacifier junkie.

Potty training is going well. He does great in the mornings and while he is at school. The afternoons and evenings are another story. I am not stressing him or I out about it though. I think it will come with time and I know he understands. If we go on an outing I put him in a pull up just in case.
