So currently we are in the process of trying to sell our house. I have decided that since I am a SAHM I should be able to do this For Sale by Owner in my free time....right. So far things haven't been too bad. When I was little we moved a lot and I hated how stressed out my parents got about the house being in perfect shape all the time when it was for sale. I swore I would never do that to my kids........
I have to say it is not bad keeping the majority of the house picked up. The family room is a totally different story. I can have it picked up and in 15 minutes or less the boys have torn it apart. So, I let it stay a mess until we get a call to show it. Then I swear I burn about 1000 calories cleaning it up. I am sweating within 5 minutes.
