Shepard Family: Summer Fun Recap

Wow! We have been busy busy lately. Seems like we have had something planned almost every weekend since mid May. I think in total we have been to 4 weddings and 2 family reunions. We are having lots of fun outside before it gets too hot that's for sure. Below is a recap of our summer fun in pictures.

This is Jack making a kissy face or he just has a mouth full of food. Probably option B. There is an ongoing debate in our house about whether or not to cut Jacks hair. I think long curls are cute. This shows some of his longer "whispys" in the back.

The following pictures are from the Jones Family reunion. These are all of Pappy's cousins and their kids and grand kids. We went to Lake Buchanan in the Hill Country for the weekend. We stayed at a great resort, www.willowpointresort.com The kids had a great time playing in the lake.

This is a collage of all the families that were at the reunion. That is Jack and I walking in the lake in the center.

Marshall had a few days off from work before the reunion so we went to Austin to hang out with Uncle Austin and Aunt Dani. We always have a great time when we go visit the Mitchells. We took Jack to the Austin Childrens Museum one day. If you are ever in Austin it is a GREAT place to visit. So many things for the kids to do. This is Jack playing in the train area.

Jackson went down this slide no less than 35 times. He loved that it had a ramp going up to the slide and he could do it all by himself.

The week before PaPaw and I took Jack to the Botanic Gardens for a little stroll. This is Jack and PaPaw feeding a crazy squirrel. After we gave him this one cracker he followed us around the rest of the day.
