Jackson is starting to have more awake time...unfortunately it is usually between midnight and 3am! But none the less, we are enjoying bonding with the little guy. As for me, I'm back to work tomorrow- it's been an awesome week, but I guess I should take the opportunity to escape to work and get some rest. Leah's the real trooper here.

Jackson's First Doctor's Appointment
Jackson had his very first appointment with his pediatrician today. He got the doctor's stamp of approval and is eating well, pooping well and sleeping well. Come to find out, that's pretty much all that is expected of him right now! He's put back on most of his birth weight and has cleared the highest risk of jaundice. We really enjoyed the visit and loved the doctor - he was great and answered all of our questions....even mine which I'm sure could be considered silly by some!

Well, Leah, you look amazing! Hate you :). Seriously, don't ever look in the mirror and think, "hey, I look awful today", call me if you do and i will forward you a picture of what I look like that day...just to make you feel better.
Glad you baby is doing well. He's precious!
